Open House: Saturn! Neptune! Jupiter! Uranus!

Outdoors on the South lawn of DU’s historic Chamberlin Observatory
2930 E Warren Avenue, Denver (MAP)

Event begins at dusk.

Saturday, November 18th at dusk

November’s Open House features a two-days-before-first quarter Moon, and planets: Saturn, Neptune, Jupiter, and Uranus will be visible, along with other autumn nighttime treats.

Members: Please plan to bring your telescopes to set up for public observing!

If you need to learn how to use your new telescope, come early, bring it with you, and ask our members for assistance as we set up before dark.

Don’t have your own telescope yet? No problem! Join members of the DAS
on the lawn just south of Chamberlin Observatory to view the gems of the night sky through a variety of member telescopes.

The event is finished.
