Looking for a fun family activity?
Join Denver Astronomical Society for its monthly Open House on Saturday, June 24th at dusk. The Open House will take place on the south lawn of DU’s historic Chamberlin Observatory, 2930 E. Warren Avenue, Denver.
This month’s Open House features Venus, Mars, North American Nebula, and more!
If you need to learn how to use your new telescope, come early, bring it with you, and ask our members for assistance as they set up before dark. Don’t have your own telescope yet? No problem! Join members of the DAS on the park lawn just south of the observatory building to view the gems of the night sky through a variety of member telescopes. The observatory will be open for limited public tours and restroom access.
