Night Sky Network Enrichment Webinar: Eclipses and Earth Science with the GLOBE Program 

Join the Night Sky Network (NSN) and Kristen Weaver at 7pm MDT to learn about the changes in our environment during eclipses and how you can do real science with the GLOBE Eclipse App.

What happens when the Sun is blocked by the Moon during an eclipse? With GLOBE Eclipse, a temporary tool in the GLOBE Observer app, help collect scientific data and learn about supplemental resources and materials available to support your programming during the upcoming solar eclipses.

Kristen Weaver is the Deputy Coordinator for GLOBE Observer, the app of the Global Learning and Observations to Benefit the Environment (GLOBE) Program.

Night Sky Network members* can join live, ask questions, and get up-to-date information about the resource via the Zoom platform. *NSN membership is FREE with your DAS membership, but you must complete the NSN membership application process by filling out this form.
