On Sunday December 8, Chamberlin Observatory was a beehive of activity as the University Park Community held their annual Sing & Sleigh event in and around the building on a gorgeous and unseasonably sunny and warm day. On August 30, nearly 40 people from the DAS and Douglas County enjoyed a perfectly clear dark sky filled with stars, the Milky Way, and at least half a dozen large meteors.
