The Denver Astronomical Society hosts weekly and monthly events at The University of Denver’s Historic Chamberlin Observatory, featuring its prized 1894 Alvan Clark-Saegmuller 20-inch refracting telescope.

Chamberlin Observatory is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and was renovated inside and out during 2008 by the University of Denver with the support of a Historic Colorado grant, the Observatory Park community, and the Denver Astronomical Society.

Public Nights, Open Houses, Executive Board Meetings, and many special DAS events are held at Chamberlin Observatory, which is located in Observatory Park in Denver, Colorado.
